Disneyland!

A couple of days after Tina came to live with us, I asked her if she had a bucket list of things she wanted to do while hear in the US. One of the first things she mentioned was DISNEYLAND! It turns out, that Disneyland was on my bucket list as well! Not just a quick trip to Disneyland for a day or two staying in an economy hotel up road. We've done that. And it was fun, but for a long time I've really wanted to do a Disney Vacation. You know, staying at the Disney Resort complete with Park hopper tickets and Souvenir Money and Early Magic Mornings! So, I set a goal, and started scrimping and saving and selling oodles of ugly Christmas sweaters on eBay!! Adam isn't a fan of the happiest place on earth, so he said not to waste my money on a ticket for him. It actually worked out better to have him stay home (we did miss him!) because, if we had more that five of us, we would have had to book two rooms. In the end, I was able to book one room for 3 nights at the Disney Grand Californian Hotel!! It was AMAZING!!! I pulled the kids out of School for a few days (Don't judge) and off we went!
Rather than go on and on about all the fun we had, I'll let the Pictures do all the talking!

Waiting in Line for our first ride! We Loved Radiator Springs!

Notice anything strange about this picture??? (There is no body else in it!!!)
California adventures was a ghost town on Wednesday!

A couple of days before the trip, Eliza informed me that Mickey shirts are a MUST at Disney Land! I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on shirts, so I Picked up some T-shirts for 2.00 each at the Dollar General, and appliqued the Mouse Ears! I Love how they turned out!

They all got picked for Jedi Training!

We had SO MUCH FUN!!! We wanna go back!
Guess I better Start hitting the thrift stores for more Ugly Christmas Sweaters!!!!

New Years Eve was Lame!

Yep, We're pretty lame. Tina went out with her friends on New years Eve. We stayed home, got out a few sparklers for the kids and some hats and horns. The kids partied with that stuff for about 10 minutes, then we played some Skip-Bo and we were all in bed by Ten!

Happy New Year!

Farewell 2013

2013 was another great year full of family, friends and fun! We are all another year older and wiser.
Adam is still the EQ president, and I am happily, STILL in the primary presidency. The trio started fourth grade at a new school and they are all doing well with their piano lessons. Caleb advanced in Cub- scouts and is now in Webelos. Sarah got strait A's on her last report card and made the superintendent's list! Eliza continues to amaze us with her athletic abilities she has mastered many new tricks on the trampoline, and can out run just about anyone who challenges her to a race! We have enjoyed having Tina in our family.  She loves buggy rides, and has decided that In-n-out burgers are an American Triumph!
We look foreword to all 2014 has to offer!
