We began the month with a trip to Lake Powell with the Hulses and my parents. The lake was SUPER low and we were worried that it wouldn’t be as much fun, but I’m happy to report that it was as fun as ever. There were some things that had to be done differently, but overall it was still an amazing experience.
Since the lake was so low, we were able to see “The Cathedral” these pictures do not do it justice. I’m so glad we have the memories.
We enjoyed our traditional Chinese buffet in page after we left the lake.
We got a new Polaris Razor Turbo this month. It’s really fun, and has great suspension. Adam is enjoying doing some pretty big jumps with it.
Halli and Sarah and I had some fun painting with watercolor paints.
Elana and Lincoln and Zaley came to visit for a couple of days. We had such a blast with them.
On June 26th, Caleb was set apart as a full Time missionary and began his on-line mission training the following day. The blessing he received when he was set apart was full of beautiful counsel and promises. My only regret is that we didn’t get any family pictures afterward. I’m glad Adam was able to get some pictures of Elder Gurr with his grandparents
For the girls and I, The last little bit of June was spent at Burk Family Womens conference. It was hosted by My aunt Pam, so it was nice that we didn’t have to travel far. The theme this year was Faith over Fear. There were times I laughed so hard, my stomach hurt, and other times I cried so much, my head hurt. It was an awesome conference. I love this annual tradition.
